The front desk is open daily from 8 AM - 5 PM. This property doesn't offer after-hours check-in. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 72 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. At check-in, guests must provide a record of full COVID-19 vaccination. The COVID-19 vaccination record requirement applies to all guests aged 16 and up; guests must have received complete COVID-19 vaccination at least 14 days prior to check-in. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. For same day transfers to Pom Pom Island, please schedule to arrive by 3 PM. Transfers to and from Pom Pom Island occur twice daily: from Semporna to Pom Pom Island at 12:30 PM and 4:30 PM; from Pom Pom Island to Semporna at 9:30 AM and 1:30 PM. For guests staying at hotel in Tawau or Semporna, pick-ups are available upon request. Please note that last minute transfer changes cannot be accommodated. Unscheduled Transfer Charges: Additional charges apply per way for both land and sea transfers.
